Meeting New Families
New Family Parent Ambassadors
Current families working with the parent associations volunteer to be New Family Parent Ambassadors. New families to Pine Crest are contacted between May and June. Once the School year begins in August, there are more formal opportunities to meet new families, such as Teacher Meeting Days and Back to School Nights.
Parents' Association
All parents are members of Pine Crest School's parents' associations. The Boca Raton campus association is called the Boca Raton Parents' Association. The Fort Lauderdale campus has two parents' associations: The Lower School Family Association (LSFA) for Lower School families, and the Middle and Upper School Parents' Association (MUSPA) for Middle and Upper School families. Parents' associations host meetings and events throughout the year to establish and maintain a sense of community in support of students.
