How can my child take medication during the day?

If your child needs to take medication during camp hours, please indicate this on the Health Form. Campers must have a Florida physician/practitioner order (prescription) for all medications needed to be taken during camp.

All campers must submit a completed Health Form. Enrolled Pine Crest students whose school-year health forms are current and on file with the Health Office do not need to submit a second Health Form for summer.
