How many periods are in the Middle School schedule?

There are 10 periods on a regular school day. 

There are 10 43-minute class periods that do not rotate but follow a modified block schedule. Middle School classes begin at 8:05 a.m. and end at 3:38 p.m. 

PE and competitive team sports are also part of the school day schedule.
